Kristin Andreen, M.A.
Organizational Consultant
Kristin received her B.A. in Psychology from Hendrix College in Arkansas. Finding her niche in psychology, she furthered her education by receiving her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida.
Passionate and dedicated to the field of I-O Psychology, she continued to pursue outside projects ranging from government to technology organizations. Kristin specializes in training, personnel selection and appraisal, and organizational development and change.
She is a member of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
