Training and Development

ICG's training and development tools aim to improve the performance of individuals and groups in all types of organizations. ICG's training and development are customized, personal, and research-based. We have a hands-on approach where our clients work with the same consultant through the entire process.  Training and development can be conducted for a variety of reasons and for an employee or group of employees. Some reasons include:
